It is a 3-star hotel completely renovated in 2023, with 14 rooms decorated in a modern and 'urban style' spirit incorporating touches of contemporary art (sculptures and frescoes). It is located in the Saint-Charles district, a quiet area but close to downtown and beaches.
The hotel offers an intimate, modern and creative atmosphere, different from the classic big chains, with a careful decoration sometimes integrating local works of art in the common areas, all in a quiet atmosphere while remaining located about 8 to 10 minutes walk from the Grande Plage and the center.
