You may be able to taste this beautiful land & sea duo made up of black pudding and prawns with a green apple barbecue condiment or this tasty quail stuffed with foie gras, grapes and glazed mini-vegetables.

For dessert, the white chocolate dome, mousse and passion fruit sauce leaves nothing to be desired. Concocted by a chef keen to do well, the dishes are served in an elegant and cozy setting.
